- Contribute to RWE's group-wide growth strategy across areas like renewables supply chains and battery business models.
- Conduct market, competitor, and business model analyses to develop strategic recommendations.
- Prepare high-level analyses and presentations for RWE AG's board, including the CEO.
- Support international strategy projects and gain direct exposure to RWE's top management.
- Advanced Bachelor's or Master's student, ideally with background in strategy, finance, or the energy sector.
- Initial experience in consulting or interdisciplinary project work; strong interest in energy, i.e., renewables, hydrogen, and battery storage.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to clearly structure and communicate complex topics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Be a valued member of the Corporate Strategy team, actively contributing to key strategic decisions.
