- Develop and enhance the CRM architecture, including future AI solutions
- Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as case management
- Integrate third-party systems (e.g., telephony, chatbots) using APIs and middleware tools
- Implement, automate, and create workflows to optimize customer service processes
- Conduct data migrations, validations, and clean-ups
- Participate in the entire development cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support of our CRM solutions
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of developer documentation
- At least two years of experience in software development, administration, and configuration of Salesforce CRM solutions
- Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows
- Hands-on experience in integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs, as well as middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft)
- Solid understanding of IT security guidelines and cloud technologies
- Several years of experience as a quality-conscious developer
- You are familiar with working in agile projects and appreciate flexibility and dynamism
- You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with others and is open to new challenges
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
