- Strategically advise on the alignment and design of our Salesforce CRM solutions to support corporate objectives
- Conceptualize complex Salesforce solution designs, taking into account platform features and limitations
- Develop and design end-to-end architectures, considering best practices, scalability, and performance of the Salesforce CRM landscape
- Analyze business processes and develop a scalable and future-proof Salesforce architecture
- Ensure seamless integration of the Salesforce platform into the IT landscape
- Work closely with our enterprise architects, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure optimal implementation of solutions
- Over 5 years of experience in building complex application projects on the Salesforce platform as a technical consultant, developer, or architect
- Extensive knowledge of features, limitations, and best practices, as well as experience in integrating Salesforce (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft)
- Ability to conceptualize and successfully implement complex system architectures, combined with solid knowledge in software architecture and system design
- Good understanding of applying IT security guidelines and cloud technologies
- Experience with technologies and tools for product development of Salesforce CRM solutions (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce) and practical experience with Salesforce DevOps processes (Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipeline)
- Application-focused and customer-oriented work mentality, along with strong team orientation and communication skills
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
