- Analyze analyst reports, capital markets developments, industry trends, and competitor dynamics — combined with a deep understanding of our business model, market environment, and investment case.
- Drive capital markets-focused benchmarking and expectation management — through close alignment with internal stakeholders (e.g., Controlling, Strategy, Business Units) to anticipate key investor questions, address concerns, and identify opportunities to differentiate.
- Leverage strong financial modeling skills to support valuation scenarios, investor targeting, and competitive benchmarking.
- Develop and refine marketing materials — including earnings presentations, financial reports, Q&A documents, and investor website content — with a strong focus on simplifying complexity, sharpening the narrative, and evolving the investment story.
- Manage ongoing dialogue with analysts and investors — in close coordination with, and in active support of, executive leadership in its capital markets engagement — to build investor trust and secure fair, favorable positioning and perception.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is a strong plus.
- Experience: 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally as a sell-side analyst, or in investor relations.
- Capital Markets Expertise: Deep understanding of capital markets, public company disclosure requirements, and institutional investor expectations.
- Financial Modeling: Advanced Excel skills with a strong command of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and scenario analysis.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to distill and convey complex financial topics in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Analytical Strength: Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate financial data and market dynamics into strategic insights.
- Professionalism: High level of integrity, sound judgment, and discretion. Strong service orientation, attention to detail, marketing ambition, and the ability to perform under pressure. Confident and credible in interactions with senior executives and external stakeholders.
