Senior Technician – Robotic Systems (m/f/d)


  • Commission and maintain advanced robotic and automation systems both in-house and on-site at customer locations worldwide
  • Program and optimize robotic applications (e.g., KUKA, ABB, FANUC, ) to meet project specifications
  • Inspect and prepare critical components based on technical drawings before assembly
  • Assemble mechanical subcomponents and entire systems
  • Perform pneumatic installations and electrical pre-wiring of system modules
  • Support customer communication on technical topics
  • Create safety protocols, operating manuals, and documentation
  • Coordinate on-site resources and support project progress planning
  • Train and guide customer personnel in system operation
  • Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for optimal system uptime
  • Document service work and provide detailed reports
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes and system performance optimization
  • Support the disassembly and packaging of systems for global delivery
  • Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices at Hexin Group
  • Serve as backup for lead technicians in managing on-site teams

  • Completed training as Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of hands-on experience in automation, ideally with a focus on robotic programming
  • Solid technical understanding and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Open to working in multicultural, international environments
  • Fluent in German or English; Chinese is a plus
  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style
  • Valid Class B driving license is a plus
  • Willingness to business trips
