Senior Technician – Robotic Systems (m/f/d)
- Commission and maintain advanced robotic and automation systems both in-house and on-site at customer locations worldwide
- Program and optimize robotic applications (e.g., KUKA, ABB, FANUC, ) to meet project specifications
- Inspect and prepare critical components based on technical drawings before assembly
- Assemble mechanical subcomponents and entire systems
- Perform pneumatic installations and electrical pre-wiring of system modules
- Support customer communication on technical topics
- Create safety protocols, operating manuals, and documentation
- Coordinate on-site resources and support project progress planning
- Train and guide customer personnel in system operation
- Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for optimal system uptime
- Document service work and provide detailed reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes and system performance optimization
- Support the disassembly and packaging of systems for global delivery
- Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices at Hexin Group
- Serve as backup for lead technicians in managing on-site teams
- Completed training as Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience in automation, ideally with a focus on robotic programming
- Solid technical understanding and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Open to working in multicultural, international environments
- Fluent in German or English; Chinese is a plus
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Valid Class B driving license is a plus
- Willingness to business trips
