  • Review and be accountable for the development activities of generator components as per the phase-gate concept and product development process (PDP); from time to time provide input to the team on unclear or missing requirements and evaluate the documents as part of the global quality excellence governance activity to support the flawless launch of it
  • As a part of governance activity, adapt the defined product development process and phase-gate concept while working on component development
  • Follow the maturity risk assessment evaluation process / procedure as well as the quality swim lane of PDP along with the internal interface
  • Follow the quality escalation process / procedure in agreement with the escalation level program
  • Follow the project "Vision Zero – Defect-Free Company"; strive for enhancing the culture of zero defects within the organization
  • Nonconformity (NC) management process
  • Focus on top priority NCs with deep-dive approach to identify robust root causes and correction / preventive actions; moderate 8Ds for top critical issues
  • Work with (internal / external) cross-functional teams on 8D / CAPA / RCA / why-why analysis with in-depth approach to drive the team to draw conclusions towards root causes and corrective actions
  • Strive to bring standardization into problem-solving methodology (8D) as well as to qualify all required internal and external interfaces with a crossfunctional collaborative approach
  • Train on problem-solving tools for CFT function based on requirements
  • Being proactive and following that approach, highlight the challenges in either a one-to-one meeting with leaders or in a general group meeting within the function
  • Preparate a summary of individual tasks and results to present on a regular basis (weekly or fortnightly) to leaders
  • Lead from the front for all the challenges in the leader's purview and strive to solve it, adapt a proactive approach to NC Management of generator
  • Act as POC for generator from GEMA plant

  • Ability to understand the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and development phase gate milestones (APQP4wind)
  • Know-how about generator components and high skill into problem solving methodology
  • Long term experience with generator component development and problem-solving methodology and tower knowledge is advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of problem-solving methodology, i.e. 8D / CAPA, RCA, Ishikawa, why-why, 5 whys etc.
  • Fluently in written and spoken German
