In order for us to grow and develop as an up-and-coming development, production, maintenance and repair company for aircraft and general aviation components operating throughout Europe, we are looking to strengthen our dedicated team.


  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for aircraft maintenance services (MRO) within the business aviation sector.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and client visits to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and actively manage the sales funnel from lead to close.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with aircraft owners, operators, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at aviation trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations and customer support to tailor service proposals and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Prepare and present customized sales presentations and proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Track sales metrics, generate regular reports, and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or aviation management
  • 2–3+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in aviation, MRO, or technical services
  • Strong outbound sales and lead generation skills
  • Technical understanding of complex products/services preferred
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline from lead to close independently
  • Fluent in English (German or other languages are a plus)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and trade shows
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Professional, customer-focused, and able to build long-term relationships
