  • Management of SPU Networks (approx. 25 employees) including targeted organizational and personnel development
  • Sales and profit responsibility
  • Development of a new strategy for the SDDS-NG product and focusing particularly on the sales strategy
  • Deepening cooperation with the Defense strategic business unit of the Frequentis Group and the regional subsidiaries
  • The focus is on acquiring new international customers but also on expanding existing customer relationships
  • Repositioning the business unit on the market as a solution provider
  • Realization of a technologically innovative orientation

  • Technical studies with subsequent professional experience in various functions, including sales, for information technology applications in the aviation industry, ideally within a matrix organization.
  • Experience in a responsible management function with sales responsibility and expertise in relevant interface functions.
  • Expertise and experience in change management (expectation: consistent questioning of the status quo and identification of improvement potential in all areas)
  • Leadership personality with commercial flair
  • Experience in dealing with customers, especially in the military sector
  • Willingness to travel and business fluent in German and English
  • Existing security clearance or willingness to undergo one
