Specialist Outsourcing Automotive Microcontroller IP Verification (f/m/div)

- Be responsible for Statements of Work (SoWs) for vendors in different working models: Time and Material (T&M), Offshore Design Center (ODC), Fixed Price (FP), … and advise technical content
- Prepare quotation requests, together with domain IP Centers of Competence (CoCs)
- Set expectations to vendors on deliverables and quality levels
- Assess quotations from vendors and negotiate technically with vendors
- Coordinate with external and internal teams until the SoW gets signed with vendor
- Enable new team members (internals or contractors) to get familiar fast with Infineon specifics through learning curriculums
- Coordinate / prepare training initiatives

- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or a related technical field
- At least 6+ years' work experience in Digital IP verification, ideally in a technical lead position with exposure to digital verification for reusable Functional Blocks or Hardware Ips
- Strong foundational knowledge and proven expertise in digital chip design/verification & design microelectronic workflows
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in randomized and formal verification
- Experience driving verification teams
- Fluent English language skills as you will work in multi-cultural teams
