- Responsibility for management and further strengthening of consolidated FP&A systems across VidaCura entities; esp. strengthening of KPI based monthly controlling processes
- Strengthening of monthly review process for financial performances with groups' senior managements; control of follow-up measures in case of deviations
- Responsibility for regular and ad-hoc management reporting towards internal and key external stakeholders (advisory board, financial partners, auditors)
- Responsibility for / key role in strategic finance projects; esp. finance related aspects of M&A transactions (FDD, PMI for finance aspects), financing
- Organisation of ESG Controlling
- Profound professional experience (5+ years) in responsible FP&A and finance management roles within Audit Big-4, transaction consulting, private equity or investment & portfolio management
- Eldery care or healthcare business experience advantageous
- Hands-on mentality, appetite to drive value-add projects
- Proficiency in integrated financial planning, FP&A processes and Due Diligence toolkit
- Proficiency in FP&A and management reporting IT tooling, esp. Lucanet, MS Office, Power BI
- Fluency in business English & German as a must
- Direct, frequent interaction with CEO, CFO and COO; essential part of decision-making processes
