To strengthen the team, we are looking for a: Project Office Management Leader (all genders) Your tasks Monitor and ensure a common program structure is applied in the deployment of value creation levers throughout the program and organization. In collaboration with the C-suite ensure a timely program /project plan is constantly in place and executed to drive the necessary advocacy for timely delivery of plans. Orchestrate the transformation community to ensure suitable governance and effectiveness of the delivery of outcomes. Effectively manage the resolution and escalation of complex business or project issues and risks to mitigate adverse delivery impacts on the transformation program. Provide feedback for process improvement, lessons learned, program enhancements, and strategic alignment with businesses. Creating a platform for best practice sharing across different countries and projects. Actively manage and monitor the program and roadmap critical path to proactively anticipate and address potential risks and issues in a timely fashion. Formulate targets and track program/project milestones to ensure the results of the transformation portfolio delivery are in line with forecast/budget commitments What you bring At least 10 years of experience Transformation experience preferably from a consulting background is a must A Program/Project management certification (PMP, agile, six sigma) Advanced knowledge of excel including setting up for tracking milestones Extensive change management experience Good excel and power point skills Time spent in matrix organizations Strong communication skills in person, email, and in presentations, with a creative and fresh approach to understanding and sharing concepts Ability to interact with various levels of management and across cultures A proactive personality with the ability to challenge entrenched thought patterns, manage conflict and with a high level of autonomy The capacity to apply principles to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables Detail and goal-oriented work habits to meet deadlines in a complex environment within budgetary constraints Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English, with every other language a plus What we offer Mission driven and customer-centric company and tech organization, with strong focus on people and their professional growth.
