  • Your are responsible for the operational supplier management, including capacity management load balancing, SLA/KPI tracking as well as the development and implementation of optimization measures
  • Drive operational excellence with the suppliers
  • Secure planning, forecasting, governance & resolution management to ensure all services are delivered on time
  • Drive Supplier Relationship Management with the key Network suppliers in Germany
  • Support the Supply Chain Management in complex and high value negotiations as well as lead local tactical negotiations
  • Keep track and close all actions required to complete delivery related documents and activities
  • Continuously question the status quo and identify opportunities how to improve the processes and governance

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Supplier Management
  • An university degree in business management, engineering or a comparable degree
  • Good understanding of procedures and ways of working within deployment and business operation, including stakeholder mapping, strategy and tools
  • Experience in operational and strategic supplier management
  • Working experience in an international environment – technology domain
  • Strong customer orientation and a high sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain sustainable partnerships with project teams and suppliers
  • Fluent German (C1) and very good English (B2) skills written and spoken
