As an IT Business Analyst for Sustainability Reporting, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements and specifications for sustainability data and reporting projects and translating them into technical specifications
- Developing and testing data models, dashboards, and reports using various tools and platforms
- Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across different sources and systems
- Providing training and support to end-users and resolving any issues or queries
- Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in sustainability reporting and data management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in IT, business, sustainability, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or a similar role in the IT or sustainability domain
- Strong knowledge and skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- A keen interest and understanding of sustainability issues, standards, and frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD etc.
- A collaborative, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
