Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management für Anwendungsbetrieb und/oder Vendor Management/Provider Management Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung Überdurchschnittliche analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Kommunikationsfähigkeit, diplomatisches Geschick und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse Was wünschenswert ist. Defining, implementing and optimising structures/processes in the area of application development and operations Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of collaboration with external service providers Managing and coordinating strategic IT service providers for all applications operated by the entire group of companies in a multi-vendor setup Working closely with a variety of International IT departments to ensure consistent use of applications and services Your Profile What you bring with you. Several years of experience in IT service management for application operations and/or vendor management/provider management Degree in computer science or business informatics, completed vocational training as an IT specialist, or comparable qualification Above-average analytical and conceptual skills Communication skills, a sense of diplomacy and fluency in English Desirable extras.
