To strengthen our team we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d) Havana Club.


  • Lead the strategic and tactical plan development and implementation for the Havana Club portfolio
  • Develop and execute future growth strategies and lead the local brand strategy and route-to-market for the brand
  • Develop, align and execute all related marketing activities with the team and related agencies
  • Lead a team of 3 brand managers
  • Drive, manage and optimize the marketing mix
  • Manage the relationship with key stakeholders at brand companies
  • Collaborate with Western Europe entity markets
  • Define and report on key performance indicators
  • Ensure qualitative and quantitative evaluation and analysis of marketing activities
  • Budget planning and brand controlling
  • Prepare and present brand and action plans
  • Continuously monitor market, competition and trends

  • University degree in economics with special focus on marketing/brand management
  • Minimum of 6 years of previous experience in the mentioned fields
  • Solid experience in strategy/brand development, including brand positioning and brand building activities
  • First experience of 1-2 years in a team leading position is a plus
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • High level of motivation and team player mentality with strong capacity to communicate and build trusted relationships
  • Interest in contemporary street culture and experience in networking with cultural scenes
  • Creativity, enthusiasm and good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
