For our department DCS - Direct Contract Support in Dortmund (part of the Information Technologies Management division) we are looking for a Project IT Coordinator (m/f/divers.) Your responsibilities Supervise and orchestrate all Project IT Coordinators in their daily business Execution of appropriate DCS procedures within regional centers and local organizations Act as Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all proposal and contract IT related issues Manage and supervise the development and implementation of IT tool concepts and data integration concepts to fulfill client / project requirements Manage and supervise the transformation of current and perspective projects from existing SAP legacy systems to the new daproh system during the international rollout of the new SAP system Organize preparatory work on project side with regards to necessary transformation activities for project and data migration Support the project lead in clarifying all topics relating to migration and cut-over raised by business representatives across program/project teams Attend negotiations with clients on requests, when deviating from corporate templates and with regard to handover of electronic data for owner / operator purpose Controlling and optimization of entire IT costs and spendings during project lifecycle Effective management of captive resources and vendors Act as Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all proposal and contract IT related issues Collaboration with internal stakeholders and with our business clients Implement an anticipatory risk and quality management for projects Manage a forward-looking and proactive communication model to all related stakeholders Your profile Diploma, Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent degree, preferably in engineering and/or Information Technology Work experience in project management, contract execution, or engineering management of at least 3-5 years. Knowledge of IT site management is of advantage Work experience in SAP processes is beneficial Work experience in (industrial) IT is highly appreciated Business process know how in plant engineering and working in international matrix organization is of advantage Basic knowledge regarding: IT architectures and applications IT for engineering applications e.g. CAE or CAD Basic IT security and standards Standard IT systems for Business Units (BUs) and their processes Clear understanding of business requirements Preferably experience in SAP project management Sense for legal and economic aspects Personal qualities and skills: Analytical thinking Excellent communication skills in English/GermanIntercultural collaboration competence Ability to collaborate and communicate across remote sites and time zones Management and organizational skills Networking capabilities Willingness to travel internationally (approx 20%) Preferably robust scheduling abilities and intercultural experience What we offer you We support our employees towards growing with us - personally and professionally.
