For our location in Heidelberg and our Business Unit Hygiene Home we are currently seeking a Project Coordinator (f/m) Brand Management Join us as an employee and put your thinking into action straight away: Be responsible for delivering business results from day one Work alongside some of our most successful people to gain new skills and get their support Take charge of your career and ensure it develops the way you want it to Your responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the full administration and coordination of assigned brand marketing projects: Key contact person of assigned projects Project support: support brand team independently when it comes to operative processes and tasks within projects (e.g. display set up, SKU set up, artwork creation, digital marketing deliverables) Project coordination: coordinate communication between factory, supply, brand team and external stakeholders within the operative processes to ensure a smooth project execution; keep all stake holders informed, especially the brand team Project tracking: set up CPS and ensure all operative tasks related to the project are delivered in time Project measurement: provide all relevant financials to brand team as basis for P&L calculations and market analysis related to the project Ensure smooth running of daily business aspects related to the project Your background Abitur or comparable qualification and commercial education At least 2 years working experience in an extremely competitive, fast moving FMCG environment Experience in new product development and BDI processes Knowledge and familiarity with analysis tools (e.g. Nielsen data) MS Office, Excel, excellent project management skills Knowledge when it comes to PnL calculation and interpretation Highly motivated and organized team player Flexible with the ability to work in a changing environment Excellent communicator in English and German Stress-resistant and problem-solver with high results orientation We offer: Challenging environment with the best employees to create game-changing innovations Open and international culture with colleagues from all over the world Fast development and the possibility to learn something new every day Modern and colourful office, close to Heidelberg Main Station surrounded by restaurants, parks and sporting grounds An amazing team – be part of it.
