Essity Global Trade Marketing Manager (m/f) As we want to grow our business and competencies in the pharmacy channel we are looking for a Global Trade Marketing Manager (m/f) This position can be based in any of our main BSN/Essity offices in Europe, but preferably in Hamburg, Germany. The aim of the role is to develop a global pharmacy approach for our global brands Leukoplast, Actimove and Jobst. This includes category management, B2B and B2C communication and activation. The business unit Health and Medical Solutions within Essity is a global leader in wound care & related vascular diseases, lymphology and non-invasive orthopaedic products. Main Tasks Develop global master communication business-to-business for pharmacies based on customer insight for launches Develop a pharmacy Category Management approach for different brands and categories, including internal trainings Develop global master POS material based on shopper insights for launches/business cycles Align the B2B story with the regions as well as the TENA counterpart Develop media ecosystem for both pharmacists and shoppers as well as recommend appropriate media strategy Key Competencies University degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Business Administration or similar Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or Marketing working with the pharmacy channel Understanding and experience of a category management approach Experience in briefing and leading agencies Self-reliant, organized, hands-on and customer oriented way of working Very good planning and problem solving skills, stress resistance Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent English Regular travel to Hamburg and other locations Additional Information This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work in an international environment, being offered an innovative team setting and varied challenges for an individual who likes to create and shape.
