Senior Manager (m/f) Sales Excellence Vaillant GmbH | Remscheid | Germany WHAT YOU WILL DO The expectation for a Senior Manager (m/f) is that he/she will own issues to be solved and his/her primary responsibility is to manage and deliver Group or NSC (National Sales Company) projects to successful conclusions. To achieve this, the Senior Manager (m/f) will: Pro-actively guide and manage cross-functional teams in an international environment Drive and steer research and analysis Lead creative commercial problem solving and deliver sound and validated, strategic recommendations on Group and NSC level Manage relationships to relevant contacts in the NSCs The Senior Manager (m/f) will be involved in all phases of project work, from issue identification to final presentation. Measure of success is to deliver evidence-driven, actionable results to our NSCs and support them in implementing these. WHAT YOU BRING ALONG We are currently looking for a Senior Manager (m/f) with substantial experience in sales transformation programs to join our Group Sales & Pricing Team in Remscheid, Germany. Successful candidates will have significant experience in a consulting role and/or as an industry practitioner, covering a wide range of sales topics, as for example: segmentation and customer interaction planning to support targeted growth strategies sales structure and territory/resource allocation value selling and negotiation training lead generation/funnel management Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system implementation discount & bonus system development and sales rep incentive scheme design strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills proven ability to lead and deliver sales projects (with limited senior support) experience of presenting validated and executable commercial advice to senior management experience and success at working in teams, committed to deadlines and budgets a natural pro-activity and commercial creativity a record of academic excellence We are particularly interested in candidates (m/f) who can combine deep commercial understanding, earned in industry with a proven track record of sales transformation consultancy.
