Authorization Manager (m/f)   YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Development and realization of innovative access management solutions and strategies for SAP- and non-SAP applications Design and implement effective, efficient and audit-proof SAP and GRC authorizations, security monitoring concepts and -processes Ensure a consistent system documentation in a pharmaceutical IT environment Provide regulatory guidance and decision support to project teams, processes, system owners as well as to local quality representatives Conduct QA reviews and impact analyses for GxP relevant IT environments Approve and control the implementation of changes and validation measures and take over full responsibility for the QA-release of systems and changes in the context of GXP-regulations Globally collaborate and engage with quality management partners across Bayer Manage projects with regard to GxP regulations and corresponding business requirements Consult business partners, system owners and significant other stakeholders in the area of GxP compliant identity- and access management WHO YOU ARE University degree in the field of science, engineering, business or an equivalent qualification First experience and knowledge in the operation of computerized systems in regulated industry environments, preferably with international experience and/or participation in international projects Advanced knowledge in operating IT systems in a GxP regulated environment and in corresponding regulations, approaches, tools and methodologies Good understanding of SAP/GRC authorizations, continuous monitoring and SAP security monitoring processes Profound knowledge of GMP compliance (e.g. FDA  and/or other international institutions, in-depth knowledge of IT system operations and design in the context of GxP regulations) Proven ability to collaborate and partner with international and cross functional teams as well as to drive for decisions Good project management skills Ability to challenge the status quo and to embrace change Fluent in English, both written and spoken YOUR APPLICATION Are you looking for a new challenge where you can show your passion for innovation?
