- Professional leadership and management of teams and projects in the field of electrical and energy engineering
- Design and development of complex, data-driven products for the commercialization of flexibility in the energy market as part of an international team
- Analysis and evaluation of the impact of flexibilities on distribution grids
- Leadership of IT projects in the field of energy technology and data science
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions for central units and regions, as well as to connect to energy markets
- Moderation and planning of workshops, presentations, and communication of results to both management team and customers
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Strong knowledge in data science and experience in leading teams or projects
- Solid understanding of energy markets, especially flexibility and its impact on the grid
- Proven experience in managing IT projects
- Expertise in developing complex, data-driven products in the context of flexibility marketing
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a high level of initiative
- Fluent English skills as well as fluent German skills
- Willingness to travel
