Responsibility for the rollout and implementation of a centralized SAP-based billing platform in line with the target architecture
Development and execution of standardized processes to achieve rollout milestones, including go-live and stabilization
Steering priorities across technology and rollout streams while balancing central standards and local requirements
Translation of local business needs into actionable KPIs for short- and mid-term impact
Advisory role for local rollout teams on execution, governance, and delivery approach
Monitoring and steering of the IT workstream, including progress tracking and structured reporting
Active stakeholder management at the interface between central OneBilling teams and local business units
Academic degree in business, economics, IT, or a comparable field
Extensive experience (approx. 8–12 years) in project and program management within the German energy retail environment
Strong understanding of energy sales processes and their IT implementation, ideally from both business and IT perspectives
Proven expertise in transformation, rollout, and large-scale program management, including S/4HANA environments
Deep knowledge of demand & delivery models and governance in complex, scaled programs
Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to navigate complexity and develop pragmatic solutions
Excellent communication skills, network-building capability, and fluency in German and English
