CTDI is a full service, global engineering, repair and logistics company providing best cost solutions to many of the world's premier brands. We support the entire product life cycle, from original design input, pre-sales testing, local customization and configuration through to our field support activities that include technical assistance as well as product repair, replacement and refurbishment programs.
- Strategic and operational management of CTDI Europe's global purchasing and sales business (Asset Recovery Services) for the product groups telecommunications infrastructure, CPE (set-top boxes, modems, routers), IP network technology and storage
- Disciplinary and professional management of the supply team and providing support to the sales team in the management of strategic key customers
- Full responsibility for achieving the business unit's targets, including budget planning, forecasting and monitoring of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Analysis, management and development of operational and logistic processes, as well as continuous adaptation to the market, customers and project requirements
- Close coordination with national subsidiaries and internal interfaces is essential for developing efficient operational solutions and realizing new business opportunities
- Supporting the preparation and review of pricing and business calculations for international remarketing, recycling and reuse initiatives
- Representing the company at trade fairs, customer events and with strategic business partners at the European and global level
This role is reporting into the CEO.
- 8+ years of experience working in leadership positions within a fast-growing service-focused industry, preferably in Sourcing and Sales in the mobile device industry, recommerce, global trading, ITAD or similar fields
- Strong understanding of the electronic device lifecycle, pricing and market dynamics in recommerce
- Proven track record of developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier and partner relationships effectively
- Proven ability to drive business development and manage stakeholder relationships
- Strategic and commercial mindset with excellent analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
- Fluent communication (both verbal and written) in English; German language skills are a plus
