Your impact will be felt across the organization—from ensuring flawless earnings calls and all-hands meetings to troubleshooting complex audio systems and supporting our dynamic campus environment. If you're passionate about technology, thrive on solving diverse technical challenges, and want to grow your skills in both IT infrastructure and professional AV systems, we'd love to hear from you. Join us and help create exceptional technical experiences for the trivago team!
How you'll make an impact:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT and internal communication tools, resolving hardware, software, and audio-visual issues across simple to intermediate complexity levels

- Ensure flawless technical execution for high-profile events including leadership team meetings and company-wide gatherings
- Troubleshoot audio and video systems including speaker placement, PA coverage, audio networking, video switching/streaming, and camera operation for various event formats
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware for newcomers and leavers, including preparation, software installation, inventory maintenance, and responsible e-waste handling
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams to resolve advanced support issues
What you'll need to thrive:
- Comprehensive live audio expertise: end-to-end signal flow and console operation (digital/analog), gain/EQ/dynamics, mic selection/placement, RF coordination (frequency/antennas/interference), feedback prevention, PA coverage, DSP/loudspeaker management, audio networking, and fast, well-documented troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think fast and independently resolve technical challenges on the spot, especially under pressure during company-wide streaming events.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to sharing knowledge, training colleagues, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
- Availability to work on-campus full-time (from Monday to Friday) to provide immediate, hands-on technical and media support,
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours for special events based on company demand.
- A positive can-do attitude that embraces challenges and sees every problem as an opportunity to learn and improve
- Natural multitasking abilities with the skill to juggle competing priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Stand out with:
- Service-oriented and customer-focused mindset, always putting the end-user experience first and ensuring colleagues feel supported
- Fast learner who adapts quickly to new technologies, tools, and processes in our ever-evolving technical landscape
