- Application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for comprehensive analysis, design, and optimization of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and production processes
- Achievement of waste and variability reduction, along with efficiency gains, strictly within a regulated compliance framework
- Leadership of internal enhancement projects (e.g., process streamlining, QMS digital transformation)
- Management of project timelines, key performance indicators (KPIs), and risk mitigation
- Facilitation of all essential Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Collaboration with Information Technology (IT) and Engineering for the evaluation and piloting of innovative technologies
- Leveraging foundational Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts to elevate quality procedures, refine data analytics, and enable routine task automation
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Industrial, Biomedical, Mechanical, etc.) or related technical field
- Many years in Process Engineering or Agile Project Management, preferably in medical devices
- Proven experience improving regulated processes (e.g., value stream mapping)
- Experience using AI as a collaborative partner
- Experience leading small, cross-functional projects
- Agile/Scrum certifications; expertise in Agile, SDLC, Waterfall; strong technology and training focus
- Proactive problem-solving, servant-leadership with a focus on coaching, excellent English communication/facilitation, familiar with AI/ML concepts
