As Strategic Marketing Manager for our Refractive business, you will work closely with the entire ZEISS Refractive team to grow the Refractive business of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG. In this role, you will focus on two main areas: (I) driving success of ZEISS SMILE pro by being the interface between market requirements and HQ and translating market insights into relevant strategies, value propositions and feed innovations. (II) shaping and supporting market-aligned innovation plans for continuous growth. You will collaborate closely with the global and local organizations, particularly in growth markets, in order to address customers' needs (surgeons, clinical staff) to further drive business growth of ZEISS SMILE pro.- Development and definition of the Marketing strategy and deployment for the ecosystem, workflows, products & services: you will create strategic positioning statements for medical workflows, products and services based on a strategic situation analysis, customer insights and value propositions with your project team and agencies.

Development and definition of product launch plans: In constant communication with markets and product management you will act as a team and define product launch plans for workflows and products.

Steering of relevant project partners for launch campaigns: you will work with product management, communication departments and clinical regulatory stakeholders to steer and implement integrated marketing plans for global launches

Internal and external collaboration: you will work with various internal and external stakeholders to drive the successful execution of the growth plans for ZEISS SMILE pro and increase global market presence.

Bachelor / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Science

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Marketing, preferably in Ophthalmology or at least in HealthcareExcellent analytical skills, data-driven mindset

Structured in thinking and acting, with proven planning and aligning skills

Strong communication skills, can easily translate ideas into inspiring presentations and visualizations, in spoken and written English (additional languages a plus)
