- Team Lead and Subject-Matter Expert for the preparation and review of the consolidated HBCE US QI reporting
- Responsibility for ensuring US QI compliance
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Point of contact for colleagues regarding department-related questions
- Design, development, and implementation of changes as well as optimization of processes, taking regulatory requirements into account
- Responsibility for ensuring US QI compliance
- Completed commercial training (ideally in the banking environment) and/or a successfully completed degree
- In-depth technical understanding of US QI regulation with many years of experience
- Strong interest in the operational implementation of regulations and the motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics if necessary
- Good product knowledge of financial instruments is an advantage
- Solid PC skills and strong application knowledge (MS Office package: Excel, Word, Access)
- Very good Englisch language skills
- An independent, responsible, and highly detail-oriented way of working, as well as strong social skills
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a high level of teamwork ability
