- Own and execute Tradias' end-to-end B2B marketing strategy
- Build and manage the full marketing engine across brand, digital, content, and events
- Own brand, corporate identity, and messaging across all channels and materials
- Manage website structure, content, updates, and potential relaunches
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with clear ROI and lead-quality focus
- Drive content creation for institutional audiences (thought leadership, sales materials, announcements)
- Manage and grow social media presence, primarily LinkedIn
- Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and client formats (online and offline)
- 6–8 years of professional B2B marketing experience
- Background in financial services, crypto, fintech, tech or a high-performing agency preferred
- Proven track record of owning and delivering major marketing projects end-to-end
- Strong generalist profile across brand, digital marketing, content, website, and events
- Hands-on experience with paid digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns
- Strategic thinker with strong execution mindset
- Highly self-driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented
- Structured, solution-focused, and delivery-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Work with experts from the digital assets / crypto industry
