Compliance Manager (m/f/d) limited until 31.12.2027

  • Compliance Monitoring and Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures, particularly in relation to sales partners and trade activities
  • Risk Assessment: Support regular risk assessments and due diligence processes for new and existing sales partners
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of compliance reviews, trainings, and investigations. Prepare regular compliance reports for management
  • Regulatory Research: Monitor and research relevant regulatory developments, including trade regulations, anti-bribery / anti-corruption laws, and industry standards
  • Training and Awareness: Support the design and delivery of compliance training sessions and awareness programs for internal teams and external sales partners
  • Incident Management: Assist in investigating and resolving compliance-related incidents, and support the implementation of remedial actions
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Legal, Trade Affairs, and other departments to ensure consistent compliance practices and resolve compliance-related queries
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for enhancing compliance processes and systems

  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, economics or a related field
  • Initial experience (internship, student role, or ideally one or two years of professional experience) in compliance, risk management, legal, or trade affairs is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • High level of integrity and reliability
  • High command of German and good command of English; other languages are a plus
