Join our Learning & Development Division in München (Germany) at the earliest possible date. Our People Development Team is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented intern to support our Senior Managers and the broader People Development function. In this role, you will be a key member of our People Development team where your attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to juggle multiple priorities will be highly valued. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a professional, polished presence to every interaction, whether you're engaging with employees, leaders, or external partners. As a key point of contact for the function, you will play a central role in organizing and creating smooth, welcoming, and engaging experiences for participants in our programs / projects, so a high level of proactiveness, customer service and logistical know-how is essential.
- Maintain People Development's schedule of meetings and invites, ensure meetings are productive by making the preparations in advance.
- Support team members' ongoing preparation and execution of large-scale global projects and scaling of people development processes / tools (e.g. Knowledge Transfer Community).
- Coordinate calendar appointments and scheduling needs.
- Coordinate daily logistics and take meeting notes for both in-person and virtual meetings / workshops / calls.
- Document, organize and maintain reference documents (e.g. templates, checklists and guides) so that they are easily accessed by the team members.
- Serve as a point of contact for external consultants, vendors, and stakeholders where necessary.
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, Change Management or a comparable field of studies
- Good organizational skills: Able to coordinate calendars, meetings, documents, and deadlines with precision; ensures nothing falls through the cracks through thoughtful prioritization and seamless execution.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in tools such as MS Office and self-driven to learn new tools independently.
- Strong communication abilities: Serves as a clear, professional, and tactful liaison between People Development and internal, external consultants, and vendors.
- Adaptability and resilience: Comfortable navigating shifting priorities, last-minute changes, and unexpected challenges. Maintains composure under pressure and pivots quickly to find effective solutions.
- Self-starter and growth-mindset: Anticipates needs, solves problems before they arise, and takes initiative to learn, address problems / challenges or start tasks without needing constant supervision or external prompting, driven by internal ambition and a strong sense of ownership for achieving goals.
- Discretion and confidentiality: Trusted to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- High proficiency in English is required.
