Jobbeschreibung
Are you ready to help shape the future of a company with a 60-year legacy — now becoming part of something even bigger?
Following the successful merger of GNMI and SUSONITY in August, we are embarking on an exciting journey to build a unified, high-performing global organization. To accelerate this transformation, we're seeking a strategic and hands-on Post-Merger Commercial Integration Manager to play a key role in creating one strong, cohesive commercial team worldwide.
As part of our Global Commercial Organization, you will drive the integration of sales and commercial operations — capturing synergies, aligning processes, and ensuring a seamless transition toward a more powerful, connected business.
- Shape & execute the integration strategy: Partner with the Integration Lead, leadership team, and key stakeholders to refine, execute, and monitor the commercial integration roadmap
- Build go-to-market excellence: Design and implement go-to-market and channel strategies that leverage the combined strengths, market presence, and portfolio power of the new organization — while minimizing overlap and risk
- Support portfolio integration: Collaborate closely with Product Management and regional sales teams to execute portfolio strategies that drive measurable success
- Coordinate cross-functionally: Lead diverse teams, anticipate interdependencies, and ensure alignment across Commercial, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain functions
- Align stakeholders: Communicate goals and progress effectively to senior leaders, steering committees, and other stakeholders — ensuring consistent alignment with the overall integration vision
- Drive commercial optimization: Streamline and harmonize operations to create an efficient, cohesive commercial structure
- Define guiding principles: Set clear priorities and frameworks to achieve synergy and financial targets
- Measure what matters: Develop and track meaningful commercial integration KPIs in line with strategic objectives
- Master's degree in business administration, strategy, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business consulting, strategy, commercial excellence, or sales operations — ideally in the B2B or Chemical industry
- Proven experience in post-merger integration or large-scale transformation projects
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Cross-cultural competence and comfort working in global environments
- Fluency in English; additional languages (esp. Chinese) are an asset
