We have an exciting opportunity for a French speaking, Customer Service Representative, to join our team at our European Head Office in Raunheim, Germany.

The role:

As French Speaking, Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer accounts to deliver an excellent service level to all our customers, including the French market. You will be pro-active in ensuring we “put the customer first” and always maintain a professional approach.


Key duties:

  • Call handling and direct contact with the customer
  • Entering orders and managing order fulfilment
  • Communicating with customers on status of their orders and back orders
  • Chasing missing lines on orders for an update
  • Raising invoice and credits for customers
  • Ensuring all products to be returned to the customer (or shipped to a 3rd party) have all necessary paperwork and managed by logistics team in a timely manner
  • Supporting the aftercare tasks with demos and loan products, and booking of customer product returns, repairs and servicing.


What are we looking for?

To be considered for this French Speaking, Customer Service Representative role, you will have the following:

Essential skills

  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written
  • B2 Level German speaker
  • Computer literate and numerate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High level of attention to detail
