Team Lead Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Here's what you can look forward to:

You will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy and our operational marketing for the German market. You will lead a small team and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Communi­cations to drive impactful campaigns that strengthen our brand and support business growth. Reporting directly to the Team Lead Brand & Marketing Communi­cations, you will have signifi­cant influence on marketing decisions and budget allo­cation.


  • Lead and Collaborate: You lead a team of marketing managers (disciplinary and functional), fostering collaboration within your team and across depart­ments.
  • Plan and Manage: You coordinate annual marketing planning for Germany, define objectives and KPIs, and manage a marketing budget, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Drive Campaigns: You take operational owner­ship of marketing initiatives that support sales growth and customer retention, planning and evaluating campaigns to reduce churn.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: You ensure consistent brand communi­cation across all channels and touch­points.
  • Innovate with AI: You introduce and integrate AI tools and workflows to enhance marketing produc­tivity, automation, and campaign perfor­mance.

  • Education: University degree in marketing, business adminis­tration, or a related field
  • Experience: Solid marketing back­ground with a track record of creating impact
  • Expertise: Proven experience in operational marketing (online and offline) as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies in B2B or B2C environ­ments
  • Financial Acumen: Strong skills in budget management
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with AI-based marketing tools and driving adoption of AI-enabled processes
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
