TT-Line is one of the leading ferry companies in the Baltic Sea, using modern ferries between Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden. TT-Line carries over 1,000,000 passengers and more than 500,000 freight units annually on its 4 routes, making it the market leader in southern Sweden traffic. TT-Line currently employs around 900 people on board and in the land offices in Travemünde, Rostock, Trelleborg, Karlshamn, Świnoujście / Szczecin and Klaipėda.

To strengthen our Passenger Department, we are looking at our headquarters in Travemünde as soon as possible for a:

(Junior) Sales & Marketing Manager (m/f/d)


  • Sales of tourist services, including preparation of offers and price calculations
  • Copywriting and project coordination for online and offline advertisements and promotional materials
  • Support and liaison with cooperation partners and external service agencies
  • Hotel contracting and maintaining strong partner relationships
  • Optimization of the customer journey to enhance satisfaction and conversion rates
  • Digitalization of processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Creation of newsletters and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Analysis and reporting, including preparation of performance statistics
  • Participation in marketing and social media activities to strengthen brand presence
  • Contribution to complaint management and customer service support
  • Website maintenance and content management
  • Independent project work within sales and marketing initiatives
  • Representation at trade fairs and events
  • General sales and marketing activities to support daily operations

  • University degree or graduation as a tourism or hotel specialist or similar qualification
  • Flexibility, openness, the ability to work in a team and service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, binding demeanor
  • Success-oriented, structured and independent work
  • Very good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English language skills, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Readiness to travel
  • Driving license
  • Advantageous: experience in sales, marketing (especially in the tourism industry) and in dealing with CMS and newsletter tools
