Contract type: befristet auf bis zu 1 Jahr
Working time: Teilzeit - bis 18 Std. / Woche
- You will support tesa SE directly in ongoing projects
- You will be responsible of part-projects in the area of simulation
- You will support the development and improvement of our adhesives and products through modeling and simulation
- You will help to adapt and extend classic and current material models and simulation methods
- You will independently document your work results
- You have an excellent bachelor's degree in the fields of mechanical engineering, physics, materials science, mathematics or comparable
- You have good programming skills in Python and/or MATLAB
- You have good knowledge of finite element method, (nonlinear) continuum mechanics and underlying mathematics is welcome
- You have basic skills in the use of appropriate FEA software packages like SIMULIA Abaqus is a plus
- You have first experiences in modeling and simulation of polymeric materials is also a big plus
