We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location Munich Schwabing. Group Audit supports the Board of Management and the Internal Audit Advisory Committee in the supervision and assessment of the Internal Control System. Furthermore, we coordinate local internal audit functions to progressively align audit practices, and to provide assurance to the Board and Audit Committee on a consolidated basis. We have an opportunity for engagement in our Professional Practices deparment.

Professional Practices facilitates effective and efficient audit function for Group Audit and Global Audit Community. Becoming a working student will provide you the chance to gain insights into the processes, governance and work practices within the Group Audit function as well as of different operational entities within the Allianz Group.


What you will do as Working Student in Group Audit (m/f/d)

  • Support the team in regular activities across the entire audit community, including reporting and monitoring, as well as support to different initiative/ project activities.
  • Perform analysis of different type of data sets and information, particularly on Excel.
  • Support in data quality assurance activities within our global audit documentation tool including regular communication to impacted stakeholders.
  • Assistance to structuring and further development of different processes, doing different data analysis and preparations of result overviews.
  • Assist in the automation of tasks such as reporting and information analysis via available GenAI solutions.
  • Arrange and provide support for internal workshops and audit community meetings/conferences, as well as planning process.

What you bring as Working Student in Group Audit (m/f/d)

  • Enrolled at University in the field of Economics, IT or Business Administration.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken), German is a plus.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, VBA and PowerPoint), in particular PivotTable and Excel formulas.
  • Being familiar with GenAI tools in particular prompting skills.
  • Reliable, accurate and precise way of working
  • Ability to grasp topics easily and quickly
  • Enthusiasm about developing/implementing new ideas, while having a realistic/practical outlook
  • Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
