You develop optical systems for cinematography.

You conduct optical design studies, including design and tolerance analysis, to ensure the quality of our products.

You work on the further development of our models and methods to optimize system performance.

You negotiate error budgets and specifications with clients and customers.

You regularly communicate with internal and external partners to clarify technical issues and find solutions.

A successfully completed degree in Physics, Optical Engineering, Photonics, or a comparable field.

Several years of practical experience in the development of optical systems.

Excellent knowledge of physical and technical optics.

Excellent knowledge of optical design and simulation software (e.g., Code V, Zemax, FRED) as well as programming languages (e.g., Python).

An independent and systematic working style, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
