Our Monitoring Solutions division is central to our strategy to expand from portable electrical test equipment into monitoring and data insight solutions. Thus, we are looking for a BU Finance Head to partner with business leadership to drive financial performance and enable future growth in a full-time position as soon as possible.

  • Own the P&L financial reporting & controlling for the global Business Unit (BU).
  • Business Administration and Business Governance for the Megger Monitoring Solution BU.
  • Create monthly financial reporting, consolidating global results across all sites.
  • Establish BU specific processes around project & solution business (standard T&Cs, etc.)
  • Review quotations and project business cases, ensuring robust profitability and risk management.
  • Deliver reliable forecasting and 5-year business plans, aligning with Megger Group strategy.
  • Strategic advisor for financial & business admin topics to the BU, actionable financial insights.
  • Drive pricing and transfer pricing strategies in collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Support M&A activities including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
  • Lead monthly CRM reporting & SD reporting and convert data into commercial recommendations.

  • Proven work experience (10y+) with at least one assignment as Head of Finance, Director of Finance, or similar leadership role in an international environment.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management in project and solution business.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models (in project and solution business).
  • Able to deliver with exceptional levels of accuracy, placing a high regard on achieving excellence.
  • Proactive individual and independent achiever with an inquisitive mind-set where you continuously seek process improvement.
  • Excellent IT skills, including SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. and the ability to learn new IT topics.
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment, willing and able to contribute to those changes.
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus.
  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field, MSc/MBA is a plus.
