We are looking for an NPL Sell-In Specialist DACH (m/f/d) to join our supply chain team in Munich as soon as possible.
NPL Sell-In Specialist DACH (m/f/d)
The NPL Sell-In Specialist (m/f/d) will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end NPL Sell-In process, acting as a key interface between Brand Teams, Commercial Teams, and Supply Chain Teams. The main objective of this role is to ensure that all products are available in retail before the target on-counter date (OCD).
- Provide the NPL Sell-In process framework and full NPL Sell-In process clarity to all teams involved, ensuring that all necessary documents are available for commercial to meet retailer deadlines (Note: this framework is currently being redesigned in preparation for the future, and you will be joining the project team).
- Development / implementation / ownership of project management tools.
- Definition and publication of the Sell-In Cycle Calendar for each fiscal year.
- Kick off each working cycle and publish the detailed retro planning.
- Track work progress and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Support the Brand and Commercial Teams in determining and allocating quantities.
- Preparing and moderating the Pre-Sell-In Meeting (3-4 times a year).
- Close collaboration with SAP Event Specialists to create SAP Events, keep them updated, and to ensure the timely upload of non-saleable orders.
- Organizing and moderating the Monthly Shipping Meeting to discuss the latest updates in the NPL Sell-In planning with Brand Teams and Commercial, ensuring everyone in the organization is well-informed and up to date.
- Tracking incoming orders, product availability, respect for quotas, OCD requirements to determine which orders can be delivered and when.
- Preparing and moderating the Weekly Order Release Meeting with Customer Care to determine which orders are ready for delivery and can be shipped.
- Strong analytical skills and a talent for problem-solving.
- Experience in Brand or Commercial functions with some experience in organizing the Sell-In of a new product.
- Understanding of the cosmetics industry, especially the interaction between manufacturers and retailers.
- First experience in project management.
- Proficiency in SAP, BI, Power BI, and project management tools.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
