In this exciting and versatile role, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- Independent management of construction projects while considering economic and technical objectives
- Coordination of the design process in construction projects
- Optimization of designs and plans
- Involvement in the acquisition of contracts and customer relationship management
- Negotiations with clients, planners, and subcontractors
- Staff deployment planning and leadership of project and site managers as well as design coordinatorsActing as the primary contact and advisor for our clients
- A successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Building Services Engineering (HVAC). Alternatively, you have completed a master craftsperson qualification or are a state-certified technician.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in MEP, construction, or project management, particularly in turnkey projects
- Experience in the field of data centres is desirable
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to structure processes
- Independent, committed, and systematic working style combined with negotiation skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach, commitment, initiative, and strong team spirit
- Extensive process and method knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow with us
