As a Training Delivery Manager within ZEISS' Global Learning department CurioZ, you will drive the successful delivery of global training initiatives, starting with the SAP S/4HANA transformation, and ensure employees are effectively prepared for change in a complex, international environment.

  • Plan, manage, and deliver training programs for global transformation initiatives in EMEA, starting with SAP S/4HANA

  • Ensure training delivery meets defined timelines, budgets, processes, and quality standards

  • Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement effective mitigation measures

  • Coordinate stakeholders, trainers, and subject matter experts in a global matrix organization

  • Manage training resources, logistics, and delivery formats (virtual, classroom, blended)

  • Provide transparency on training progress and KPIs through structured reporting and alignment


  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, education, organizational development)

  • 3–4 years of international project management experience, ideally in training or learning environments

  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives in a matrix organization with diverse stakeholders

  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in training delivery, change management, or ERP/SAP rollouts is a strong advantage

  • Analytical, structured mindset with confidence in data-driven decision making
