To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart area) as soon as possible, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager (f/m/d) Milwaukee® Construction and Wet Concrete Key Responsibilities: Conduct international customer visits to gather insights and define product requirements for the European market. Oversee the full product development lifecycle-from initial concept through to mass production. Manage the complete lifecycle of Milwaukee® Construction and Wet Concrete products, ensuring ongoing relevance and performance. Lead product marketing initiatives and support the development of effective sales strategies. Coordinate product launches, including production scheduling, product specifications, European warehouse availability, pan-European pricing, and monitoring of local market price positioning. Present products to customer groups and at industry events across key EMEA regions. Deliver product training and technical support to European distributors and international sales teams. Collaborate closely with global development teams to ensure alignment on product direction and improvements. Develop promotional and marketing materials in partnership with internal stakeholders (f/m/d) and other departments. Your profile: Relevant professional experience in product management ideally within the construction industry. Good command of English; additional European languages are an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to travel as required by business (approximately 15% of the time).
