Strategy Manager (m/f/d)


  • Support and advise the Head of Strategy in the ongoing development of the business strategy and digital product portfolio.
  • Play a pivotal role in defining and influencing the organization's long-term strategic direction and priorities.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of high-quality presentations and documentation for the Executive Board and senior stakeholders.
  • Independently conduct and present market, competitor, and trend analyses with the ability to analyse data, draw strategic insights, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Develop business cases (including financials) for new products and product enhancements.
  • Contribute to review and control activities throughout the strategic planning process, as well as proactively identifying and recommending process improvements.
  • Collaborate directly with various departments, particularly Finance, Marketing, IT, and Risk.
  • Working on implementation projects

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance
  • Previous experience within Strategy, Consulting or the Banking sector.
  • Very good understanding of banking products required
  • Strong understanding of a bank's balance sheet, P&L, and the key drivers of costs and revenues.
  • Affinity for new technological developments in the financial services sector
  • Proven expertise in applying strategic analysis methods to inform decision making
  • Structured and methodical way of working, and communicate effectively with various types of stakholders
  • Advanced handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken
