In this role, you drive our commercial success across European markets by steering, coordinating, and optimizing all tender and RFQ activities. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end tender and RFQ processes for all transport modes across Europe
- Acting as the central point of contact for all commercial submissions
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and fully compliant tender documentation
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Finance
- Consolidating technical and commercial input from internal stakeholders
- Developing cost models with Product Managers and local branches
- Analyzing and benchmarking pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Supporting the development and implementation of pricing strategies
- Maintaining an organized tender pipeline and status tracking in CRM and tender tools
- Conducting post-bid evaluations and lessons-learned analyses
- Supporting management with KPI reporting and performance dashboards
- Driving process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement within tender management
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management, pricing, or business development within freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong understanding of Road, Ocean, Air, and Rail freight products, including cost structures and market dynamics
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and tender management tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, Italian, Polish, Spanish) are an advantage
- High ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously across regions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even under time pressure
- Service-oriented mindset combined with strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Additional certifications in tender management or logistics are a plus
