Lead Global HR Governance, Systems & Processes (f/m/d)

Cologne (remote working partly possible)


  • Manage key global HR projects
  • Enable organizational steering through data insights and analytics
  • Ensure HR standards, policies and processes are in place and aligned with HR strategy
  • Establish and maintain appropriate and effective global HR governance rules (in alignment with other HR and non-HR functions)
  • Define global labor law related governance standards
  • Be the gatekeeper for HCM system and overarching HR process architecture (particularly reflected in Workday)
  • Act as Competence Centre for Compensation and Benefits
  • Ensure HR compliance (e.g., CSRD) by leading the implementation, managing ongoing processes and driving continuous improvement to meet legal HR requirements (such as CSRD or the EU Pay Transparency Act)

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field
  • Several years of progressive HR experience including global governance and HR systems management
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing global HR frameworks, policies and compliance standards
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving HR transformation initiatives on an international scale
  • Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and HR process design
  • Solid knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools
  • Expertise in strategic HR planning and program management methodologies
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultural environments
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to lead global initiatives and to thrive in a fast-paced matrix organization
