Lead Global HR Governance, Systems & Processes (f/m/d)
Cologne (remote working partly possible)
- Manage key global HR projects
- Enable organizational steering through data insights and analytics
- Ensure HR standards, policies and processes are in place and aligned with HR strategy
- Establish and maintain appropriate and effective global HR governance rules (in alignment with other HR and non-HR functions)
- Define global labor law related governance standards
- Be the gatekeeper for HCM system and overarching HR process architecture (particularly reflected in Workday)
- Act as Competence Centre for Compensation and Benefits
- Ensure HR compliance (e.g., CSRD) by leading the implementation, managing ongoing processes and driving continuous improvement to meet legal HR requirements (such as CSRD or the EU Pay Transparency Act)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field
- Several years of progressive HR experience including global governance and HR systems management
- Proven track record in designing and implementing global HR frameworks, policies and compliance standards
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving HR transformation initiatives on an international scale
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and HR process design
- Solid knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools
- Expertise in strategic HR planning and program management methodologies
- Fluency in English
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultural environments
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to lead global initiatives and to thrive in a fast-paced matrix organization
