You support our team as:

IT Project Manager (f/m/d) – Mergers & Acquisitions


  • You manage end-to-end IT M&A projects from due diligence and day-one readiness to post-merger integration.
    You install and lead a project team according to the project needs.
    You analyze and evaluate the target company's IT landscape and derive integration concepts and roadmaps.
    You plan and execute the technical integration of systems, infrastructure, networks, and applications together.
    Throughout all project phases, you ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
    To ensure seamless integration efforts, you work closely with business functions, external partners, and senior management.
    You organize and lead project governance meetings and drive transparent stakeholder communication.
    You contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of methods, templates, and best practices for M&A projects.


  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Highly profound experience in IT project management, ideally in an M&A or transformation environment.
    Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and integration concepts.
    Highly structured, self-organized, and solution-driven working style with a proactive mindset.
    Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills (English at least C1, German is a plus) round off your profile.
