Key duties and responsibilities
Supporting all day-to-day activities of the International Desk, in particular by
- supporting the Medical Unterwriting and Claims team to efficiently manage the daily review of cases (case summaries, documentation, translation),
- preparing analysis required to efficiently conduct the reinsurance quotation process,
- contributing to the business development efforts through activities ranging from market research to reinsurance treaty documentation
Required experience & competencies
Essential:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (particularly Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivation
- Excellent communication in English (French/Dutch as an advantage) and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
- Team work
- Customer focused.
- In early stages of studies to maintain a longer relationship
Required Education
- Currently studying for Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics or Medical Science at a bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent education (intern position).
