- Defining and refining product features in collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams and end-to-end process owners to create and organize the product backlog for the products, including technical improvements to reduce the number of incidents
- Responsible for prioritizing and coordinating incidents related to the products with the team, including active participation in incident resolution and interaction with the business
- Ensure that developments for the products are delivered on time and within budget, with a particular focus on integration with applications outside of one's own area of responsibility
- Regular updates and feedback collection from stakeholders to meet business requirements and act as the "voice of the business" for the products
- Close collaboration with other IT teams for smooth communication and integration of the products
- Ensure that relevant data from the products is provided for other systems and analytics to enable comprehensive analysis and integration
- Define and track performance metrics and goals for the products
- Identify and resolve potential risks and issues that may arise during the integration of various Triumph applications
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and use best practices, especially for cross-module solutions involving the products
- Manage resources for the products to ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and cost optimized. Coordinate and indirectly lead external team members (DevOps setup) especially Accenture. Ensure that all team members have the necessary qualifications
- Provide training and support for users to enable easy adoption and use of new cross-module solutions involving the products
- Collect and use feedback for continuous improvement of the products, especially for cross-module product solutions
- Ensure that the products meet relevant compliance and security requirements
- Make decisions in bottleneck situations related to the products.
- Translate business goals into actionable development tasks for the products (as part of the backlog)
- Plan and coordinate releases for the products and ensure that new deployments align with business priorities and operational readiness.
- Responsible for acceptance testing and release approval for the products.
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SNP, SAP IBP DP, SAP PP implementations, related SAP areas (MM, PP/DS) is an advantage
- Expertise in managing complex planning, manufacturing and supply chain projects
- Functional Expertise: deep understanding of demand & supply planning, production, production planning and manufacturing execution processes, including MRP and planning strategies, raw material availability check, batch management and integration to other modules and systems (MM, WM, SD, BW, MES)
- Proficient in business process mapping, configuration, and user training
- Ability to engage with stakeholders, conduct workshops for requirement analysis, draft functional specifications, customizing setup, IT module testing, support user acceptance testing, go-live and hyper care phases
- Fluent English is a must have, German is a plus
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Ability for project-related and global travel
- Experience/good understanding in Agile or hybrid project methodologies
- Customer-oriented behavior
- Team player with intercultural mindset and excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated, positive “can-do” attitude, self-directed and assertive
