- Working in a Global Team with territorial responsibility.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing pharmaceutical, biotech and academic customers.
- Achievement of the strategic and operational goals for the Eppendorf bioprocess business (technical support) in EMEA.
- Increased customer satisfaction and Eppendorf's brand image by providing premium service support to bioprocess customers in EMEA.
- Identification of future customer requirements and transfer of product improvements to portfolio management.
- Maintenance, repairs, installation, and training of Eppendorf bioprocess devices.
- Execution of service calls (installation, maintenance, repairs, modifications, etc.)
- Performing infield & remote application trainings of our products.
- Processing of technical customer inquiries via E-mail/Telephone/CRM System.
- Support for sales colleagues with application and technical issues.
- Building and maintaining a positive and collaborative working relationship with clients and colleagues.
- Completed university or technical college studies in the field of biotechnology/electrical engineering or completed technical training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician and master craftsman or technician's degree.
- Application experience with bioprocess is a plus.
- Profound knowledge of bioprocess engineering, bioprocess engineering or process engineering.
- Very good knowledge of Eppendorf bioprocess device.
- Very good English skills (spoken and written) and solid German skills for internal communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, willingness to travel (max. 70%, overnight, within EMEA-region, focus on Western -Europe).
- IT knowledge of hardware and software + Operating Systems, Network Knowledge is an advantage.
- Profound user of MS Office, MS Teams, MS Dynamics.
- Registered residence in Germany required at start of employment.
