Our most vital resource is our people. That's why Human Resources is one of our most vital teams: From recruiting to career development for BCGers, and from training and mobility support to staffing (assigning our consultants to client casework), the Human Resources Team plays a decisive role in making BCG not just a company, but a Group in which each individual can be their best.

As a dedicated and responsible member of our Recruiting team, you are in charge of managing all student recruitment activities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

In this role, you work closely with the respective Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional recruitment process. You act as the main point of contact for both candidates and Hiring Managers, overseeing the entire selection process – from job posting and candidate screening to the final hiring decisions. With your structured and service-oriented approach, you ensure an outstanding candidate experience and play a key role in the success of our recruiting team.

In addition, you are responsible for the accurate reporting of key recruiting metrics and ensure that all data within the applicant tracking system is up to date and complete. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to and actively shape various recruiting projects – from student recruiting and process optimization to employer branding and event planning.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be working in a highly motivated, four-person team responsible for recruiting.

Our collaboration is characterized by respect, openness, and mutual trust. You will also have the opportunity to regularly exchange ideas and best practices with another working student based in our Warsaw office.

Thanks to the various interfaces within HR, you will gain valuable insights into all areas of Human Resources. During your onboarding and day-to-day work, your manager and teammates will be there to guide and support you every step of the way.

  • You are currently enrolled as a full-time student at a university.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • You have strong proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English.

  • Stop by our coffee bar, the Brucery, to let BCG treat you to the creations of professional baristas!
  • Free beverages, fresh fruit, and cereal are also available every day.
  • Regular after-work events are organized for team building and fun—we'd love to have you join us!
  • Our in-house gym is well equipped and free for you to use any time.
  • As a dynamic, internationally active company, the diverse work environment at BCG will inspire you.
  • Our rooftop terrace will invite you to relax with a great view of Munich and the panoramic Alps—unless you'd prefer the green oasis of our beer garden.
  • New ways of working? They're nothing new to us. Our employees use hybrid models that combine on-site and remote work, supported by digital collaboration tools.
  • Great location: Right in the heart of Munich, our office is close by and easy to reach.
